A person who believes a student has been discriminated against by the District on the basis of the student's disability or who believes the District otherwise violated Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act also has the right to file a complaint through the District's grievance procedure. In addition, if any person believes that any employee of the school, a student, or other third-party has engaged in discrimination based on an individual’s disability or perceived disability status, then they may file a grievance with the school’s Section 504/ADA coordinator.
