Welcome to Avondale School District
Avondale School District is a collaborative community of teachers, staff and families working together to assure student success. The District, comprised of parts of Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Township, Rochester Hills, and Troy, celebrates a student population rich in diversity, interests and strengths.

We believe that teaching and learning goes beyond the textbook and beyond the classroom and should be designed to challenge students at every level through a variety of curriculum and activities.

The Avondale School District alternative high school, the Avondale Academy, will be accepting Schools of Choice applications until September 8, 2017. To download the necessary forms click on the links below in the box titled: Enrollment Requirements Avondale Academy.

All other Schools of Choice (SOC) application periods for Avondale School District have closed.

A parent or guardian must be present when dropping off enrollment forms and information.
You will also be asked to provide the following information:
Immunization Records
Original Birth Certificate
Parent/guardian Driver's License with Current Address
A Current Utility Bill
and
a current Lease or Current Property Tax Statement.
