I began my Human Resources career over 25 years ago as the Human Resource Manager for a large automotive supplier. In 2005, I joined the staff at Deerfield Elementary as a building secretary. This allowed me to balance the needs of my family while maintaining a connection to the HR world by providing consulting services in my free time. In 2018, I joined the Avondale Human Resources Department full-time.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and love supporting the people who make our schools exceptional. As a parent of four Avondale graduates, this place holds a special place in my heart. When I’m not at work, you can find me up north, traveling with my husband, or spending time with our kids and our two furry family members, Lucy and Milo.
