Avondale Breaks Ground on New Early Childhood Center Avondale School District officially celebrated the groundbreaking of its new Early Childhood Center on Tuesday, May 12, marking the beginning of an exciting investment in early learning opportunities and family support services for the community. The center, slated to open in 2028, will be the district’s first new building constructed since 1997.
Avondale Board of Education Announces Superintendent Selection Avondale School District is pleased to share that the Avondale Board of Education has voted to extend an offer for the superintendent position to Catherine “Cathy” Kochanski, contingent upon the successful negotiation and approval of a contract.
