“I have been working in the school assistance for 31 years, out of all of the districts and out of all the districts I’ve worked at, this is my favorite one. It’s very much a family. It’s very caring and it’s very student centered. It’s not just we have to hit these numbers or we have to go and do this. It’s what does that individual child need for them to be successful. They pull in multiple resources both intro and externally to help support the students for the staff I mean, they are always willing to tackle an issue, a problem and outside that box to be able to help support students”
Why is Avondale school is a great place for students?
“They are always looking for ways to think outside of the box and they’re open to new initiatives”, the principals and staff come up with ideas. They follow through with them then they explore them and they are always open to try those new things to be able to help support those kiddos and their individual needs. This district is by far the most accommodating for those students so they can be successful.”

“Student focused”
Why should a first year teacher choose Avondale?
“I did this with my teachers that we just hired she said why we gave some examples to her about how this is a family and it’s it’s different than other school districts. They’re very very supportive here and going above and beyond to make sure that it’s not just focused on the kiddo but also focus on me and my family. Everyone knows everybody and everybody supports everybody. They’re just always there to help support and you and they have been above and beyond for other district.
