2026 Fun Runs Bring Schools Together & Raise Over $79,000

Hosted by our elementary PTOs, these annual events support a variety of enrichment opportunities for students, including field trips, dances and family events, teacher appreciation initiatives, classroom resources, school assemblies, and more.

This fall, our school communities showed incredible support, raising a combined $79,707 through their fun runs! The events brought plenty of excitement, smiles, and school spirit, with students enjoying the opportunity to participate while supporting their schools.

These events wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated PTOs, staff members, volunteers and families who help organize, cheer on students and make each fun run a success. Thank you to everyone who contributed, participated, and helped make this year’s fun runs such a success. Your generosity and involvement help create meaningful experiences for our students and strengthen the school communities that make Avondale special!
