When you think about what you want to do after graduating from Avondale High School, there are many options! Some students may want to attend college to pursue a degree that’s of interest to them. Some students may be more interested in pursuing a career path within the trades, military, or other post-secondary institution. All of these pathways are great options! Did you know that there are 47,000 annual openings in the professional trades projected by the year 2028? Professional trades careers in Michigan pay about 39% higher than the statewide median for all occupations, with a median salary of $57,000 with little to no student dept.
